The rules for using Saver
These terms explain what you can expect from Saver and what we expect from people who use it. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using Saver, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Saver provides
Saver helps you organize money information, setup preferences, saving goals, and transaction-style records so you can understand what is safe to spend. Some parts of the product are still prototype features and may change.
3. Not financial advice
Saver is an organization and planning tool. It is not a bank, broker, lender, investment adviser, tax adviser, or emergency financial service. Do not rely on Saver as the only source for financial, legal, tax, or investment decisions.
4. Your account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, using accurate information, and only accessing accounts and data that belong to you. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the personal information and money details you add to Saver. You give Saver permission to process that information only so the service can run, secure your account, show your dashboard, and support related product features.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Saver for fraud, abuse, scraping, spam, or illegal activity.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload data that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for harmful purposes.
7. Availability and changes
Saver may change, pause, or remove features as the product improves. We try to keep the service reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free behavior.
8. Third-party services
Saver relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, and Google sign-in. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Saver is provided as-is. We are not responsible for indirect losses, financial decisions made from incomplete information, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Saver at any time. We may suspend or remove access if an account is used in a way that harms the service, other users, or violates these terms.
